Types of China Visitor Visa for Indians
- Tourist Visa (L Visa)
- For leisure travel, sightseeing, or cultural visits
- Usually issued for 30 days stay
- Single-entry, double-entry, or multiple-entry options available
- Family Visit Visa (Q Visa)
- For visiting relatives or family members living in China
- Can be short-term (Q2) or long-term (Q1) depending on invitation
- Business Visit Visa (M Visa)
- For short-term business meetings, trade fairs, or event.
Note: China does not currently offer an eVisa for Indian citizens. Applications must be submitted for a Sticker Visa through CVASC.

Required Documents for China Visitor Visa
To apply for a China Tourist or Family Visit Visa, Indian applicants must submit:
- Valid Indian Passport (minimum 6 months validity, at least 2 blank pages)
- Visa Application Form (completed and signed
- Recent passport-size photo (as per Chinese visa specifications
- Confirmed return flight ticket
- Hotel booking / Accommodation proof (or invitation letter from host in China)
- Travel itinerary (planned schedule of your trip)
- Bank statement (3–6 months) to show sufficient financial stability
- Cover letter (purpose of visit, duration of stay, applicant details)
- For Family Visit (Q Visa): Invitation letter from Chinese resident + copy of their Chinese ID/passport/residence permit
- Additional Docs for Business Visitors:
- Invitation letter with sign, stamp, Name of signatory person, Designation of signatory person, travel date should be mentioned, also applicant passport details mentioned. (Scan copy accepted)
- ID COPY of the inviting person (Who Signs the Invitation letter)
- Copy of business license of Chinese company
